"Celebrations" forum O_o

Well it's more like a milestone forum anyway. Users keep posting over there after every 100 posts they get which will get a bit annoying. How about making a certain limit for the forum like if you have 0 posts then after 100 posts you can post in the forum. Then when you get 500 posts then 1000 posts and then etc. You can change the limit around if you want O_o
