A few suggestions

Firstly the message on top of the chatbox -
THE CHAT BOX IS BEEN TAKEN BACK!! SO GUESTS DON'T SPAM OR ABUSE HERE..THANKS!

That doesn't really make sense. It should be more like -
The chat box is available again. Guests are requested not to spam or go against the rules of this forum.

Kinda catchy ain't it? XD
Next is the Celebrations sub-forum.
Well since your only have your post parties there you can re-name the forum "Milestones" which will be much more appropriate (again, it catchy lol)
And then about the top ten posters. Why not make it top 3? As it is this place doesn't have many members and then the whole "top posters" has purple colored people with the exceptions of Fred100, rosy.fairy, mystic_gotenks and AgentX.

not 3 top 5 because 490 post's is not easy coz the 3rd top poster has 490 so it is hard so top 5 i think

coming to the widget point,maybe you can switch the HTMLs to make it top 3...never tried it,but just a guess

& If we have a top 3 place then people like Mg brains would start running for making posts like mad chimps so umm i don't think so top 10's fine
